Ingredients:

chicken breast
2
carrots (chopped)
2
celery sticks (chopped)
1
onion (chopped)
2
cloves garlic (chopped)
2
cups of spiral
noodles
2
tablespoons of
butter
4 cups
of
water
poultry
seasoning,
parsley,
salt & pepper
In
a medium or large stock add four cups of water and a well
rinsed
chicken breast. Boil slowly till cooked. Remove
chicken
from pot and add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the already
hot water. Add approximately
1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning.
Reduce heat and let simmer.
While your vegetables are slowly
cooking, begin dicing your chicken breast into very small pieces.
Add chicken to pot when completely diced (removing all bones
and skin).
Slowly cook till veggies are almost soft, then add
noodles
and butter. Start seasoning your soup and broth with
salt and pepper to your desired taste.
