It
has been brought to my attention that many of the working class have
not been enjoying their days off. Looking at the events of 2010, it is
important for your mental health to take a day to your self and enjoy
it. If you are feeling a bit tired, irritable, having
problems concentrating, trouble sleeping, memory loss, having problems
functioning at your job or at home, feeling a bit anxious, or
overwhelmed, it my recommendation that you take time to yourself as
soon as possible and enjoy a day off. Most people only work 5
days a week so there is no excuse. Sure the yard needs work
... oh well, it can wait, your mental health is at risk.
Just today I took a little personal time to myself. I watched the G20 Summit news coverage for about 20 minutes and changed the channel. My overall feeling was very unhealthy and I needed a break from all the world stressful events. I was very fortunate to come across such an enjoyable show that changed how I was feeling, allowing me to relax, and leaving me with hope and the feeling of satisfaction. I highly recommend the movie called Waitress [DVD] (2007) DVD to anyone that reads this memo. Take the time and enjoy life .. we are only given one, don't let stress rob you from it. Sincerely, Moosie Return to bulletin board Waitress [DVD](2007) DVD Beloved at Joe's Diner for her wildly creative and delicious pies, waitress Jenna (Keri Russell) hopes to use her culinary expertise to win the $25,000 cash prize at a pie-baking contest and leave her boorish husband (Jeremy Sisto).
